In the Holy Bible in the Old and New Testaments, we read
about synagogues and temples yet we read the following scripture
content:
Acts 7:48, 49 - KJV
Howbeit the most High dwelleth not in temples made with hands; as saith the prophets.
Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool: what house will ye build me? saith the Lord:. . .

So the Lord did approve of His people worshiping Him in temples and
synagogues, right? So why does scripture state that the Lord dwelleth
not in temples made with hands?
